Prior to your ceremony we will:
Discuss all of your requirements for the day in detail
Visit the ceremony/ event location to ensure smooth operation on the day
Liase with the wedding planner, celebrant, venue, and photographers/ videographers (if required)
Liase with your chosen wedding party contact (if required)
Ensure we have all songs prepared in high-quality .mp3 format and cued to your ceremony order of service (if requested)
Confirm all of the details in writing for your peace of mind
On the day of your ceremony we will:
Arrive at the venue at least 1 hour prior to your ceremony
Load-in and set up our equipment, ensuring all cabling and wiring is safely and discreetly placed around the ceremony area
Set up our engineering console remotely (where possible), to be out of camera sight
Set up and check all required microphones used for readings, musicians and your celebrant
Liase with your chosen wedding party contact
Provide full operation of the sound system before, during and after your ceremony
Play suitable background music during guest arrival and after the ceremony
Our Gold Class Wedding Service Sound System includes:
Two (2) high quality speaker cabinets each containing 4 speakers for excellent coverage, either battery or mains power
A choice of lapel, headset, earset or hand-held microphones for use by the celebrant and an additional microphone for readings
All connections provided for MP3 players (ie. iPod, iPad, laptop etc.) or we can provide the music
A dedicated sound engineer to deliver and fully operate the system via the remote mixing console, and run all of your music on the day
